SDCFF is hosting a special roundtable discussion Wed. Dec 28th with Dr. Carl Moeller of Open Doors, USA and Rev. Majed El Shafie of One Free World International to explore and be enlightened by the personal stories of these two extraordinary men who have experienced first-hand the struggles of Christians and other people groups being persecuted for their beliefs.
We will host a screening of a short film produced by Open Doors USA titled "Interview with a Terrorist" after the round table discussion . This will allow the audience to hear first hand what Christians outside the U.S. face in regimes which are unfriendly to beliefs that are perceived as threats to the established order.
Following the screening of "Interview with a Terrorist" we will screen the film Freedom Fighter by Rev. El Shafie in which his effort to rescue a Pakistani farmer and his family is documented. This film is an indepth look at the horrors and brutality that Christians often suffer as we have observed in recent headlines. (Note: because of the truthful and graphic nature of this film, children under 17 will not be allowed to view the film without the accompaniment of a parent.)
