Open to all Churches, Ministries and Civic Organizations
Methods
Income to Organizations Helping to Promote Ticket Sales (choose one of three methods):
1) PASSES: Organization collects funds for passes sold and then orders the block of passes online.
2) PASSES & INDIVIDUAL SHOW TICKETS: Organization purchases a block of printed passes or individual show tickets to sell.
3) PASSES: Organization promotes pass sales. Individuals desiring to purchase as a result of the organization's sales efforts may purchase a pass online at the SDCFF website PROMOTIONS page via PayPal, and enter a code at time of checkout which designates the Organization and gives the Organization credit for the sale.
NOTE: The PROMOTIONS page is under construction at this time. Please register if you are interested in participating in the rebate program.
Process
Organization registers with SDCFF on the Home Page (upper left on the bar) and then completes the FUNDRAISING REGISTRATION form below to participate in the fundraising program. SDCFF will contact the organization to confirm the provided information.
Tickets
Pass Rebate Rates (Sold online OR in blocks of printed tickets)
Sell 1 (one) “Full Festival 4 Day Pass” @ $120 each & receive $12
Sell 10 (ten) “General Admission 10 films Passes” @ $80 each & receive $80
Sell 10 (ten) “General Admission 5 films Mini-Passes” @ $45 each & receive $45
Sell 10 (ten) “Family of 4, SEE 4 films Passes” @ $40 each & receive $40
Individual Ticket Rebate Rates (Sold ONLY in blocks of printed tickets)
Sell 10 (ten) “General Admission Film Tickets” @ $9.50 each & receive $10
Sell 10 (ten) “Student/Senior/Military Film Tickets” @ $7.50 each & receive $5
Receive $2 for any ticket sold where quota is not met for ticket category.
Receive$2 for any online promo item purchases per customer.
Sales Processing
Sales records will be provided for associated organization sales.
Payout to organizations will be in the form of a check, to be processed in two payments: September 30, 2010 and January 31. 2011.
Recognition
Organizations selling tickets will be recognized as "supporters" online and in the printed program. *Amounts to be received are subject to change proportionately, if ticket prices are changed.

DISCOUNTED ADMISSION
$7.50 Student/Senior/Military Film Ticket
